FM and Managed Print Services
Repro Products has the bandwidth to insulate our Facilities Management ( FM) and Managed Print Services customers from printing issues that can affect their productivity. We have two main facilities (Smyrna and North Fulton), in addition to our network of FM sites, that provide printing services. Our main facilities are well-equipped to assist our FMs during workload peaks and our personnel are cross-trained and able to step in and keep work moving at any of our offices, so any necessary changes in personnel are transparent to our customers.
Repro Products’ experience in the industry has provided us with extensive knowledge of which equipment is most reliable and we equip our FM sites with the best technology available in the industry. We have Customer Service Engineers (CSEs) on our staff with over 100 years of combined experience to keep the equipment at your site running smoothly. If there is a major problem that cannot be corrected quickly, we can easily shift your workload to another location.
Repro Products is locally owned and operated. Our Facilities Management team: Bob Feldberg, Repro Products President, and Jim Christenson, Production Manager, are located at our Smyrna headquarters location and are available to address any concerns before they become problems. We do not have to escalate issues to a distant corporate office and layers of management to formulate a solution – our decision-makers are readily available and empowered to make any corrections necessary to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Productivity & Customer Service
We provide dedicated customer service to handle both reprographic needs and provide maintenance on the facilities management equipment. These resources are backed by the largest wide format workforce in the area. Our facilities manager will handle the placement of all service calls, keep inventories of media and toner updated and remove your staff from administrative tasks associated with the print operations. A tremendous amount of time is saved in daily “soft cost” routines. Typical time-eaters such as changing media and toner, configuring equipment operation, calling for equipment service, determining if the printing should be done in office or out of house, filling out print requests, calling the printer for pick-ups or coordinating timely deliveries, ordering and controlling supply inventory, signing and paying for the associated invoices and driving to and from the printer are virtually removed so your personnel are focused on your core business. This all translates into flexibility and responsiveness to meet your deadlines, especially those that are directly linked to the success of your business and the flow of documents.
Under our printing services agreement, your printing charge will be the same whether we produce the documents in-house or at one of our facilities. Our facilities manager will determine which is the best alternative based on size of the job, timeframe needed, etc. We will run both wide and small format printing and will expedite delivery services to your staff. A facilities manager will be on-site as a dedicated operator, with trained backup individuals available to fill in for vacation and sick leave.
As a valued client you will also be able to use our planroom site. This document management tool is a web-enabled planroom and bid management system. You can post public or private password-protected projects for your clients, consultants and contractors to view and order. It has had a tremendously positive impact on how our clients’ documents travel and projects are coordinated. Our clients are using our planroom to manage the bid process from start to finish. Projects are online and access is 24/7.
